Digestio is a French personalized-nutrition app published by FNS Coaching & Formation (Mérignac, France). Rather than a universal diet, Digestio learns how each body responds: the app records meals (text, photo or voice note), calories, macro breakdown, weight and how the person feels, then uses a method inspired by “N-of-1” trials — where each person serves as their own control — to work out what works for that person, what doesn’t sit right, and at what dose. The same approach informs metabolism and weight: because energy expenditure adapts and not all foods are equal (research by Kevin Hall, NIH), Digestio starts from each person’s own responses rather than an average formula. Nothing is shown until a link is clear. The data belongs to the user — exportable at any time, never sold, never used to train third-party models. Digestio is not a medical device, makes no diagnosis and promises no weight loss.
